EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Each SWOON ensemble piece is handcrafted and made with utmost care. Any Requests for corrections (size, colour ONLY) for any order (excluding customized orders) requested within 24 hours of the order placement will be entertained.
As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once any SWOON product is sold they can be exchanged for replacement once.
If for some reason, you’ve received a damaged / defected / manufacturing defect ensemble and you’d like to exchange them, you can notify to us with pictures, defect, order details at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the SWOON ensemble. They may request for further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please do assist them.
For any products purchased via offer code / discount code / promos / sale no return or exchange are allowed. It will be considered as a final sale and will be non refundable. Shipping and handling charges for any order / multiple orders placed are non refundable.
1. If a piece is exchanged once, Can’t be exchanged again. Please note that not all products are eligible for exchange. All customized products are non returnable and non exchangeable.
HOW TO EXCHANGE?
You must inform and notify us within 24 hours of delivery of the product. Please send us an email to email@example.com with the order no and attach an image of the piece purchased. Once you have mailed us and receive a reply from our customer care representative, please ship out the pieces to the following

The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. When we deliver your corrected pair, SWOON will take care of the shipping.
